One Whole Life is a simple reminder that our time here is limited and to not waste it running on autopilot. That it's important to investigate the invisible barriers preventing us from living authentically and full of joy. To fill our life with as many things that make us come alive as possible because when you live this way, you unconsciously help others do the same. You're not alone in your journey, you're a part of a community of people all doing the work. In doing the work individually, together we have an audacious attempt to improve mental health.
